Yes, it's possible for us to install our loo trailers inside marquees and this is something we frequently do over the colder months of the year. A covered loo trailer is a plush addition which will wow your guests, particularly as they don't need to get wet, cold or muddy by venturing outside.
Usually marquees are installed 2-3 or even more days before events take place. Depending on access, we would need to either deliver and position the loo so the marquee can be built around it, or if the marquee size allows (eave height in particular) we can manoeuvre into place afterwards, say the Friday. Worst case scenario, we would need to put the trailer in place a few days prior and then return to get the system working and add the magic blue fluid the day before the event. Depending on the location this might attract a small extra charge. When planning your marquee be generous with space: 6m x 6m minimum but ideally 6m x 9m so you can set up a cloakroom and 'makeup adjusting area' alongside the loos for the ultimate splendid touch!

Welcome to The Splendid Loo Company's blog and new website! We're really thrilled with the new design which does much more justice to our product and service. Please feel free to send us some feedback. Thanks to Marketing Doctor for designing and optimising it.
COVID obviously ruined virtually all of our event season but we have several luxury toilet units out through the winter for social distancing at schools, universities, campsites etc. Let's hope 2021 is kind to us all. Thanks for reading. Please check back soon! As we've supplied 500+ loos to the events industry since 2013 we've become extremely adept and resourceful at accessing sites. Needless to say, marquee weddings are frequently to be found in nice locations on farms, up hills, down tracks, through forests etc. It's always handy to have a tractor or mini digger nearby! Although we like the challenge of accessing a difficult location and have the skills, we like to be prepared.....so please don't surprise us! If in any doubt, we can conduct a site visit to ensure access is possible and won't incur any extra expense.
Shout out to Rob from Oakleaf Marquees who can be seen piloting the trailer being towed by the digger. Wow, that was a wet one.... |
